The fascinating story of how reintroducing wolves helped save Yellowstone park

When this amazing park was created, back in 1872, grey wolf population was already in decline all across Idaho. And like this wasn’t enough, the Government from those days helped eliminating the grey wolf, because there was no legal protection for wildlife in the park. And so the administrators, hunters and tourists were free to hunt any predators they meet on their path.

After decades of hard work, environmentalists were able to reintroduce wolves into Yellowstone Park in 1995 and what happened next was just amazing. And this only shows us how important is to protect and conserve all of the world wild animals in all ecosystems across the globe, instead of seeing them as pests or hunting trophies!
