A Saudi Prince has put on sale his luxurious flat in New York, estimated at 48.5 million dollars.
Nawaf bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz al Saud’s flat has 1166 square yards and includes, among others, three flak equipped refuge rooms.
The apartment, located in the Heritage at Trump Place, has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large living room overlooking the Hudson River, a fitness room, a room with a pool table and a dresser and it was created by merging several housing floors, 5, 6 and 7 of the building.
The luxury flat also contains a jacuzzi, a salt-water aquarium and a sushi bar.
