Muammar Gaddafi Luxury Houses

Gold, marble and expensive TVs, indoor pools and sauna. All these items are present in the lavish homes of the Gaddafi family, reflecting their personal tastes.

 

Six square kilometers, as a small town in the middle of the capital – this is the area of ​​Bab al-Aziziya compound where Gaddafi and his relatives lived. This huge complex with green areas, houses and official buildings is surrounded by a thick and high wall, which separates high ranked officials of the  Gaddafi regime from their citizens.

In one of the houses, the vast entrance hall was furnished with a sofa wich has a bizarre form, inspired from a golden mermaid’s body and Aisha’s face, Muammar Gaddafi’s daughter.

Another attraction is the European style luxury villa owned by one of Gaddafi’s sons.

In Fort Assdad region, Gaddafi had built a huge pigeon farm.
