It’s amazing how a few animals can disguise themselves in their environment. It’s a defense system from nature itself to protect different animals, however when you have the opportunity to see it for yourself, it’s much more stunning. In the accompanying video, there doesn’t appear to be something besides a hill, but hold up to see what happens after a loud sound and you’ll be amazed.
These creatures from New Zealand, and are related with mountain goats. Clearly, they have one major advantage: they can camouflage in their environment. This gives them favorable position against predators, including the human who made the sound. Thankfully no one left away harmed on this event, and we have the opportunity to see the magic of camouflage.
