Four TD Bank offices in Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary as of late changed select ATMs into “Automated Thanking Machines” to improve life a little better for a modest bunch of fortunate clients. As a major aspect of its “TD Thanks You” showcasing effort, TD Canada Trust gave a $20 thank-you gift to 30,000 clients. But some of them were in store for a much greater astonishment.
One particularly moving image surprised a lady named Dorothy being given plane tickets to Trinidad so she can see her daughter who suffer from cancer. Another sees a Toronto Blue Jays megafan getting the group unit and meeting his legend player, José Bautista, who causally strolls into the bank. He is later seen at the stadium, pitching a ball under the shine of the floodlights to his ‘new mate’.
The clip finishes up with a montage of other people getting gifts and with the message “A thank you can change somebody’s day,”. Touching!
