Here we have maybe the cutest French Bulldog who is physically and verbally asking his proprietor authorization to be allowed up on the lounge chair to set down and rest!
How terrible does he need up there? Well at first he is very quiet about it, giving just a frowning face and a slight yowl. However, then the gloves fall off and this Frenchie goes into full whine mode, to the point where it sounds like he is really conversing with his proprietor, verbally asking that he be let on up there!
