The most expensive home available to be purchased in the U.S. could be yours for only a small sum of $250 million.

The Los Angeles, Calif., home has a total of 38,000 square feet and comes outfitted with six bars, a massage room and spa, a theater and a 85-foot pool.

The home, worked by Luxury engineer Bruce Makowsky, prevails over a $195 million manor in Manalapan, Fla., which some time ago held the record for most costly home recorded in the United States.

Makowsky said in an announcement that the house was made “for a very rich person who needs the best of everything that exists in life.”

He said he designed the home at 924 Bel Air Road after the extravagances on super yachts.

“As of not long ago, the ultra-extravagance market was void of homes that even even came close to the level of uber yachts and private planes that rich people throw billions every year,” Makowsky said.

Everything inside the house is incorporated into the price, the announcement said. That implies the new proprietor will have $30 million in autos, millions in workmanship and a propelled home tech framework prepared to use available to them upon buy.
